aka4d Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "aka4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the aka4d platform, operated at aka4d.pro, and its licensed operating entity.
• "Platform" means the aka4d website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any application or software that gives access to aka4d services.
• "Member", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other non-withdrawable incentive credits credited to a Member's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by aka4d to confirm a Member's identity, age, and eligibility before processing withdrawals or at any point determined necessary by aka4d.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer, and related entertainment products available through the Platform.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole fiat currency in which Account Balances are denominated on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all draw times, promotional deadlines, and customer service hours unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the aka4d Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by aka4d or any affiliated responsible gaming program.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must not be employed by, or in any business relationship with, aka4d or any of its affiliate companies in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.

aka4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to aka4d's satisfaction.

To access the full range of Services on the aka4d Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method, aka4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. aka4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify aka4d immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• KYC Verification: aka4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours of the request may result in account suspension.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. aka4d may close any Account at its sole discretion if a Member is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of the Account would otherwise violate applicable regulations.

4.1 Deposits

aka4d accepts deposits from Members through the following approved payment channels operating in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed transaction receipt. aka4d does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will trigger a mandatory KYC review. If a deposit is confirmed to have originated from a third-party source, it will be returned and any associated wagers may be voided.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. aka4d targets a processing time of three to ten minutes for approved withdrawal requests, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or when KYC verification is pending.

aka4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000 or where the withdrawal pattern is inconsistent with prior account activity. Such reviews may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All Account Balances, wagers, and payouts on aka4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. Amounts displayed on the Platform are final in IDR terms.

aka4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered Members who have completed any required verification steps and who are in good standing on their Account.
• Each promotion specifies its own minimum deposit threshold, eligible game types, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active, and expiry period. These specifics are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses is 30× the sum of the deposit and bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games such as baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and roulette typically contribute 10–15%; sportsbook pre-match bets with odds of at least 1.50 typically contribute 100%. The contribution schedule for each active promotion is published on the promotion detail page.
• A maximum single bet of Rp 100.000 applies while Bonus Funds are the active wagering balance, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit placed while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• aka4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and close an Account if bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of promotional exploitation is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the aka4d Platform across all product verticals — sportsbook, live casino, slots, Dragon Tiger, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws:

6.1 Sportsbook

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. aka4d is not responsible for bets placed after a sporting event has concluded due to connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Mix parlay (accumulator bets) require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. One void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg; the bet continues at adjusted odds.
• aka4d reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by proven match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations as determined by the relevant sports governing body.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited for statistical fairness.
• Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed in the individual game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Dragon Tiger is a card comparison game in which the Dragon hand and Tiger hand each receive one card; the higher card wins. Tie bets pay at the rate displayed in the game interface.

6.3 Togel

• Togel draw results are determined by the officially published output of the applicable draw market. Results are final and cannot be appealed.
• Bet placement for each draw closes at the time displayed in the draw schedule, in WIB. Bets submitted after the draw closing time will not be accepted.

6.4 Slots

• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). aka4d does not alter or influence game outcomes.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are paid in full from the jackpot pool. Jackpot wins above Rp 100.000.000 may be subject to enhanced verification before payout.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aka4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or loopholes in Platform functionality to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other competitive game format.
• Placing wagers with the sole or primary purpose of exploiting bonus wagering requirements without genuine recreational gaming intent (bonus abuse).
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account credentials to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location.

All content on the aka4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of aka4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from aka4d.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or branding.
• Using the aka4d name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorization.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.

Game content (including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and table game software) is licensed to aka4d by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — and remains the intellectual property of those respective studios.

aka4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, aka4d collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and security.
• KYC identity and age verification.
• Processing financial transactions and detecting fraud.
• Providing customer support services.
• Sending promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive these).
• Meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

aka4d does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the Services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification partners, game studios) or where required by law.

aka4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable entertainment environment for all Members. The following tools and policies are available to all Members at no cost through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure real-time alerts that notify you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen summaries showing your net gaming activity (wagered, won, and lost) for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will be unable to re-register. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without fully closing your Account.

aka4d strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will permanently close any Account where underage access is detected, with all deposits returned net of any withdrawals already made.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aka4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses of anticipated winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, outages, or downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider issues, or events beyond aka4d's reasonable control (including natural disasters, power failures, acts of government, or civil disturbances).
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or account balance displays that are promptly corrected upon discovery. aka4d reserves the right to correct manifest errors retroactively, including voiding bets placed at demonstrably incorrect odds.
• Actions taken by payment processors, banks (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), or e-wallet providers (including OVO, DANA, GoPay) that cause deposit or withdrawal delays outside of aka4d's control.

In all cases where aka4d is found liable, the total maximum liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the Account Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the relevant dispute arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits aka4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

aka4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aka4d will:

• Publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
• Send a notification to the registered email address of all active Members at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
• Display a prominent in-platform notice for at least 7 days following the update.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter Members' rights, or additions of new game categories — may be made without prior notice, though the "Last Updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which aka4d holds its operating license. In matters directly concerning Indonesian residents, aka4d applies internationally recognized gaming regulations and standards and operates under the oversight of its licensing authority.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern, Members are encouraged to first contact aka4d's customer support team at [email protected]. The majority of disputes — including those relating to account access, payment processing, bonus claims, and game results — are resolved at this stage within one business day.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not resolve your concern satisfactorily, you may submit a formal written complaint by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". aka4d will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final written response within 14 calendar days.
3. External Arbitration: If a formal complaint remains unresolved after aka4d's final written response, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body recognized by aka4d's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from our customer support team.

Members agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the language of these Terms (English) and in the jurisdiction designated by aka4d's licensing authority.
